Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu is a specialized barefoot massage technique that focuses on delivering deep, broad and consistent pressure.
By utilizing body weight and working with gravity, it allows the base of the foot to sink in deeper to the muscle tissue for effective deep tissue work without pain or discomfort.

A uniquely curated treatment utilizing massage techniques, craniosacral therapy holds and reiki to calm the nervous system and reduce the physiological effects of stress & anxiety in the body.

TMJ Treatment for Jaw Pain
This service is designed to focus on alleviating pain brought on by issues of and relating to TMJ disorder and general jaw tightness.

Utilizing an intraoral technique, done hygienically with non-latex gloves, directly accessing the muscles within the mouth that contribute to TMJ pain. Releasing tension in this area for better range of motion of the jaw.

Other areas of focus in this treatment is massage to the scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back to relieve head & upper body tension.
